How does this work?

Thinking and decision making is tiring for dogs. Beyond training a dog to perform “tricks” (i.e. sit, lie down, spin etc), our focus is on targeting and reinforcing positive behaviours – namely CALMNESS, CONFIDENCE and CONNECTION with you.

Our games hardwire these three core components because they are designed in a way that…

  1. … dogs find engaging – Dogs love to play and are individuals in their own right, thus they learn best through fun, positive experiences.
  2. …gives your dog appropriate outlets for expressing natural behaviours – A dog wants to chew, shake, sniff, explore etc so let’s give them the opportunity to do so and be a part of the fun!
  3. …rewards good decisions – Set up dog with opportunities to make “good” decisions and challenge their decision making ability.
  4. …keeps it fresh – variety is a key component of enrichment and it’s so easy to get stuck in a rut doing the same few things. With 52 different games and activities, many with multiple levels of progression, you can ensure your dog gets lots of variety.

Never worry about entertaining your dog again!

Thinking isn’t just tiring for dogs, it’s tiring for us too! This is why I put the games into the card deck format. Instead of always trying to think up something to do with my spaniel, I could simply shuffle and pick a card.

This really helped me to free up headspace and give me peace of mind that I was giving him an enriching day.

What’s inside the box?

  • Deck of 52 Game Cards – The back of each card has instructions to a different game or activity. The front of each card is also unique and features a different watercolour dog.
  • 5 colour-coded Key Categories: Calm, Focus, Play, Puzzle & Bond
  • Booklet for additional guidance and progressive activity levels.

Includes:

✔ Scent games – become part of your dog’s #1 activity!
✔ Enrichment activities – includes easy DIY puzzle feeding activities & provides an appropriate outlet for expressing natural & stress relieving behaviours.
✔ Brain games – boosts your dog’s confidence and motivation levels.
✔ Bonding exercises – strengthens your relationship through working together.
✔ Stealth training – reinforces positive behaviours such as toy sharing, recall, proximity and responsiveness while your dog just thinks you’re the most fun person ever.

Our approach is always positive reinforcement!

Please note: Enrichment activities, such as puzzles and slow feeding, inherently require some kind of ‘equipment’. Most of this can be utilised with regular household items like an old towel, cardboard box etc (as directed). A fleece plait is also recommended, though again, you could always make your own.

About people

Calmness isn’t just for dogs, it’s for us too.

As a holistic health coach and trainee herbalist,
I believe that disconnection from nature is at the root of chronic stress and ‘dis-ease’.

Within our homes and modern landscape, dogs are direct connection to nature. Through working more closely with the natural world, I believe we too can find a deeper sense of calmness, peace
and wellbeing.
